  • How she’s managed her work/life balance while at Molex:

Molex is a company that stresses a healthy work/life balance. Wai feels that the key to a good work/life balance is knowing yourself and your own limits. She strives to give 100% when she comes to work, as well as 100% to her life outside of work. At work, it is essential for Wai to prioritize daily tasks and work steadily on them until completion. Outside of work, she has learned that taking care of herself (eating right, working out, learning to unplug, being self-reflective, and developing good, quality relationships with people) is also essential.
