This was an interesting post, because it strikes to the point that innovation should be an all-the-time consideration, and not just related to new product development.

Interesting how Instagram built in short order, and with presumably minimal human resources, a brand that was worth $1B to a suitor. Obviously, it was likely not as easy as I just made it sound, but might not innovation be part of all tasks? In other words, couldn't - and shouldn't - an innovation mindset be pervasive in an organization?

And if that mindset is pervasive, isn't it logical to think that the benefits - including a more robust brand that attracts customers and reduces costs - will follow?

Just have a thought, Is it possible to use insulation as heat sink? Do you know the insulator with high heat conduction.

Well Mike,It depends on what you are looking for. Is it a wire to wire connector, wire to board or board to board? Is it 16 amps total or 16 amps per pin? If 16 per pin, how many pins? Sealed or unsealed? Let us know and Ken can try to help you get an answer. Thanks

Best regards from an old German who did marry a French girl in lower bavaria and not a Candian girl in New Orleans :-)
